STEP 2 : Pay application fee of 500.00php at the Accounting Office - Medicine Accounting Office, Medicine Ground Floor at the University Accounting Office
STEP3 : Present receipt to the registrar's office and fill out interview form
STEP 4 : Interview
STEP5 : Pay tuition fee at the Accounting Office
(reservation fee of 20,000.00php is non refundable but deducted from the total tuition)
A. present receipt to the registrar's office
B. then fill out the waivers (waiver for incomplete requirements, conformity waiver, clinical rotation)
STEP 7: Get the ff from the registrar's office
- copy of your registration card
-appointment slip for ID picture (medicine bldg 3rd floor)
-payment slip for PE (laboratory 2nd flr)
-list of books (C&E or anybookstore)
-pattern of uniform (patches are available at the accounting office only)

Start of classes will be on AUGUST 1,2017 (For SY 2017-2018)
