I have a condominium unit sa Espana, katabi lang talaga ng UST, studio type siya and halos 20 sq. m. right now I'll not be using it anymore, we were thinking of having to rent it out pero we got advice naman it is better to sell.

renting it out, constant money, since 16k per month approximately parang may business ka rin pero madami din kasi pwede mangyari and gastos like maintenance, iyong mga mag rent regarding sa pagbayad nila meron din probable problem diyan kung maging pasaway, magdepreciate ang value ng unit, so selling is also great. I found out kasi na the million plus peso na makukuha sa pagsell pwede ma invest sa stocks or sa bank.

kayo alin sa dalawa?

I won't sell if I have a steady cashflow of 16k/month or 192k/year. And with the earnings from my real state (condo) I will invest it in stocks or buy or new assets.

Regarding maintence, I would hire someone to look after my properties para hassle-free.
