Anybody here who is currently working in Papua New Guinea, I've heard many news about safety and security issues in this country, just want to confirm

my cousin works as a pharmacist there. medyo constant ang threat ng earthquakes and tsunamis. ang amo niya kasi is indian. also add na matindi ang voodoo magic doon.

thanks Dr absynthe, I've heard its not only natural calamities but the inhabitants also, di raw lahat friendly sa foreigners,plus the threat of dengue and malaria, on the plus side if you practice here, libre ka na raw sa stateboards ng NZ and Oz, may bilateral agreement yata sila

opo. about the inhabitants, halos mga pilipino lang din ang nakakasundo ng cousin ko.

ah talaga? that's nice! ang maganda rin sa PNG, mabilis lang kumuha ng US visa dun. same day mo rin makuha sabi ng cousin ko. maganda stepping stone para makapasok sa states.

HOW TO GET DOCTOR'S JOB IN PNG?

Are gov't doctors in PNG well paid? what's the current payscale of govt and private doctors.

How do you go about registration? Any contacts to apply for doctor's job?
